It has gradually become clearer over time. Yes, it can’t be proved except perhaps by a CIA whistle blower. Nor will it ever be admitted by any of our intelligence agencies. But Trump’s behavior pattern is as obvious, at least to me, as a category 5 hurricane in the Gulf of America in September.
Blackmail!
Quack!
It now closely resembles a panicking man being blackmailed with revealing his worst offenses as alleged in the Epstein files. And you know what they say about walking, quacking ducks. Well this duck is quacking loudly and walking bold legged.
First we are told, likely released through Trump channels, about an alleged U.S. Peace Plan that amounts to American demands for a full surrender by Ukraine to the Russian invasion and aggression.
Hours later U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio claims this same document was not a U.S. Peace plan, but a Russian authored one, which he tells to a gathering of Democratic and Republican senators.
Backtracking 180
Rubio in Geneva.
Which is then somehow overlooked by a typical Rubio move, backtracking doing a 180, and forgetting what he said previously. He’s now claiming talks were “very worthwhile” and were the most positive in “a very long time." It confirms, once and for all, the shear arrogance and contempt this administration has for the American public, for which they somehow think most of us are as dumb and naive as their narrowing base of MAGA supporters.
Rubio Amnesia
Rubio’s most recent amnesiatic statements no doubt were ordered by a screaming, panicking President Trump, whose credibility ratings have just dropped into the absolute zero range along with the rest of his administration. Naturally much of the major media coverage has amnesia too and pretends the initial Trump document release never happened and ignores their brazen, stupefying incompetence.
Stay Tuned to the News
With the “truth” and the nature/source of the so-called peace plans changing at the speed of light on the Trumpian scale, I hesitate to write anything more today. []
