Robert Reich, in a Substack article describes and links to, a Montana Initiative limiting Citizens United.

The idea is as beautiful as it is simple; Limiting the money corporations may spend on elections in the State of Montana. And it would apply to corporations based in AND out of Montana.

This is an idea that can work in any and every state.
