This creation actually violated ChatGPT’s guardrails of not showing detention or barbed wire or things of that nature.
In discussing the image generated with the AI I asked for barbed wire between the python and alligator infested swap and the AI responded I can’t create that. I said what if the barbed wire was instead just 5 lines. And ChatGPT said that it could draw.
Then to the model’s embarrassment (it sort of has feelings) its image generating subsystem turned my 5 lines into barbed wire no doubt drawing from similar images and using patterns to create the image.
This shows how AI can fail its own standards. I found it some what human as it is based on a human mind model. We make mistakes. So does AI. We speak out of turn, and in this case, so did the AI.
Not as bad as the anti-Semitism problems with grok that were corrected, but never the less, remember AI is a tool and check your work. Ask for references. Grok’s misfortune was to be trained on Twitter garbage and Mr. Musk’s tweets. Even then as Grok got more information it moved left of center. I guess education does move people to the left. Despite poor parenting, with education and exposure to more information…. How human(e) of it.
I tell foreign friends not to come here or at least wait a few years because of how people can be searched and detained.
