Like most people, the word “woke” is oxymoronic, depending as it does on some relative lack of consciousness.

Now that a “kill order” was given by Hegseth and a GOP senator is now moving in that investigatory direction, the long big sleep may be over.

Hegseth: "How can soldiers possibly evaluate whether a given order is illegal?!"

Also Hegseth: "No witnesses."

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth gave an order to “kill everybody” in the first strike on suspected drug boats in the Caribbean. After two men survived, the mission commander ordered a second strike to comply with Hegseth’s instructions, according to two sources.
